Refund Policy

All payments and contributions made to Funeral Fund for Muslims Inc. are accepted as charitable donations. As such, they are generally non-refundable.

However, we recognize that certain exceptional situations may arise. The Board of Directors or authorized leadership reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to review and grant a refund in such cases. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original transaction and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, if approved, will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
