Our mission is to provide financial assistance for funeral services in the United States and Canada for Muslims, with a set maximum amount per funeral (currently $8,000). Assistance is open to all Muslims, with priority given to members and their immediate family members. All contributions are considered charitable donations in support of this mission.

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe misuse, fraud, or abuse has occurred.

4. Donations & Payments

  • By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • Donations are considered voluntary charitable contributions in support of our mission and do not entitle you to ownership, dividends, or other financial rights within the organization.

5. Refund Policy

  • All contributions made are considered charitable donations and are generally non-refundable.

  • In limited circumstances, the Board of Directors or organizational leadership may, at their sole discretion, review and grant a refund request on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.

6. Membership & Priority Assistance

  • While assistance is open to all Muslims, priority is given to members and their immediate family members.

  • Membership terms, benefits, and responsibilities are defined separately and may be updated from time to time.

  • Adjust the maximum funeral assistance amount as determined by the Board of Directors.
